Though in final form it may look a bit different, I have roughly divided the book in Eleanor's early years, her marriage to Louis VII and time in Paris, the 2nd Crusade and its aftermath, her marriage to Henry and growing their dynasty, their living apart and the boys' first rebellion/her imprisonment, Richard and Eleanor specifically after Henry's death, then John's reign and her final years.
