I should have the review up this weekend, I am hoping.

I have found that since I became a mom, I can't read a lot about WWII like I used to when I was younger. I am definitely interested in this book though, as I can stomach the battles far better than books about the Holocaust. Looking back, it amazes me I was ever able to read any of it, it is just too heartbreaking and infuriating and maddening.

I will be looking for your review when you are done and I am adding this one to my TBR on Goodreads. This week my first line comes from The Bomber War: The Allied Air Offensive Against Nazi Germany by Robin Neillands "This is the story of a machine." I haven't started it yet, but looking forward to it!Bookworm Mamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02826233658079767765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5080051275665594538.post-38353509442123002832016-12-30T19:47:23.996-06:002016-12-30T19:47:23.996-06:00Hmmm. I'm bit obsessed with running to her books. This one is called "Where Are You Now?" I've got my detective hat on while running and often times shout out advice to the characters, much to the surprise of the people around me. Today the book got real good, but this line stuck with me.

Without further ado my first line is: Our children begin by loving us; as they grow up they judge us; sometimes they forgive us.Victoriahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10747147514776866900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5080051275665594538.post-40282807181754840672016-12-30T14:18:08.920-06:002016-12-30T14:18:08.920-06:00Thank you for stopping by Andie. She has also written an "In a Nutshell" book about Mary Boleyn, which I highly recommend. She is working on her third book now about Mary Tudor, Charles Brandon's wife and Henry VIII's sister. I can't wait to read it!

I am 16 shy of my goal so far but am hoping to at least get within 10. I have slowed down quite a bit since focusing more on my blog and quality reviews. Basically I read when my daughter naps and goes to bed, and when she is with her father every other weekend. I am also a teacher, so I get to read A LOT in the summer!

Happy New Year!Sarah @ All The Book Blog Names Are Takenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12507006809241347635noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5080051275665594538.post-74345341853234496942016-12-30T12:01:04.827-06:002016-12-30T12:01:04.827-06:00This looks like a really good book, and I applaud ...This looks like a really good book, and I applaud your accomplishment of reading 250 books this year!
