Stacking the Shelves #105

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature co-hosted by Tynga's Reviews and Reading Reality. It is a chance to showcase all the goodies you've collected throughout the week, whether they're bought on-line or in-store, an ARC or a final copy, borrowed from a friend or the library, physical or digital, etc.

Happy Reading!

  1. Texas Ranger looks pretty good.

    1. I ended up returning it before reading it - the start of the school year came up way too fast :'(

  2. Oof, not sure if my comment posted... one more try! Was just saying that I'm intrigued by The Color of Law; pretty sure it's one I've seen some quotations from on Litsy. Hope it's good!

    Here's my weekend post!

    1. I highly recommend it, it was a fantastic read! It was a bit dry in some places, but the content is so important so it is well-worth stumbling over those patches.

  3. Well......, I've been to The Mall (mostly to buy paint) so.....

      Just kidding :)

I have The Brothers York still in ARC form. Hoping to get to it soon!

I really want to know your thoughts on The Nickel Boys when you get to it.

  4. The cover for Allegedly has my attention. Hope you get to enjoy all your lovely picks!

Have a good week and here's my The Sunday Post

    1. Isn't it great?! It's truly perfect for the book, and I was definitely looking at it from a different perspective after finishing the book.

  5. Nice acquisitions this week for you. I took in two more books by James Baldwin:
Going To Meet the Man and Tell Me How Long the Train's Been Gone.

    1. I still need to add his whole collection and everything about him to the BLM reading list. There are not enough hours in the day!

Thanks for visiting my little book nook. I love talking books so leave a comment and let's chat!
