Stacking the Shelves #194

  1. A surprising *zero* from me this week! I'm trying to cut back a little and I think that I might have over-corrected... [lol] Oh, and I'll join Ethan in trying to find a spooky novel for you. 'The Hunger' by Alma Katsu looks like a contender. I'll let you know when I've read it. I might even try some more modern crime novels to recommend to you.

    1. That amazing!! The Hunger has been recommended to me before and I keep going back and forth on it. I am not even sure what kind of spooky read I want. I don't want gore, because that's not scary to me, it is icky. I like the psychological horror, and the unknown, which you already know anyway. Maybe I *AM* in a slump!! But even if I am, Night Film was still absolute trash and a waste of time.

    2. I'm looking forward to reading, and covers are a big deal to me - I know we're not supposed to judge books by covers, but I can't help it sometimes.
