Would You Rather... #7

This is becoming one of my fave things. I love debating the pros and cons of a comfy and not-so-comfy reading nooks.

A

B

...Have Option A or Option B?
Why?

(Remember, you are choosing ONLY based on how comfy/cozy it would be for reading, and ease of access to books while reading!)

  1. A without a doubt. That might be one of my favorites so far! It's like a little country house in there. And are those Nancy Drew books on the bottom (looks like it from the yellow spines??). And that candle/ sconce thing...

    B is okay but nah.

    1. I think they are Nancy Drew, I saw those right away too!! I love the coziness of A but I don't like that the shelves leave little wall space to learn back and read - unless the other wall has no shelves, which obviously we can not see. But we can imagine!

I kind of like how cozy B is and that it at first look like it was in a snow house, haha. Of course not really, but I like the design. It would be too small though because I'm sure I have said before, I am 5'10 and my legs would get so cramped in that smaller space.

    2. Yeah B looks cramped, a bit. Although I will grant you now that you mention that, that it does kinda have a snow house or minimalist kinda feel? And A definitely needs to have a free wall on the other side, I agree. Good point.

    3. B also reminds me of some of the castles I have seen in Scotland and Ireland, that had all these nooks and crannies, very cool to wander down a sloping walkway into a small cut-out type room. But I would definitely need more cushions.

  2. A for sure. That mattress looks far more comfy than the pillows in B. Plus A has shelves and is just more pleasant-looking altogether. Leanability IS an issue with A -- hopefully there are no shelves on the other side :)

    1. Agreed. I can not lay flat on my back and read, I need to lean. That is really my only issue with A.

  3. I don't know that I'd pick either as they both look uncomfortable to lean against for reading! I like to read on a big comfy sofa/chair or in my bed!

    1. Right, I would definitely choose A, though I like the funky/unusual style of B. I'd hope that the other wall would not have shelving in A, so you it would be comfy to lean.
