Monday Meme #35


I am reviving this little feature after eight years. You might see a couple recycled from when I did this in 2016, but they were funny then and they are still funny now. Occasionally they will be more introspective or comforting. No matter what, they will be about reading and books.


Not hard at all. It's all I do when Eleanor has to be at her father's house. Some chores, some working out. But mostly reading.

    According to a study by Pew Research Center, the average American reads just 4 books in a year.....!!!

      As a librarian who has witnessed our collection steadily decline over the last decade, I can believe it. There are super-readers and people who stare at their phones, and not much of a middle ground.
