Stacking the Shelves #125

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature co-hosted by Tynga's Reviews and Reading Reality. It is a chance to showcase all the goodies you've collected throughout the week, whether they're bought on-line or in-store, an ARC or a final copy, borrowed from a friend or the library, physical or digital, etc.

Library Treasures

Mona is amazing and I love her so much.

Happy Reading!

    1. I plowed through it in a matter of a couple hours. Took me longer than normal, because I was constantly underlining and highlighting and scribbling notes. Altahawy is my new idol and I feel so empowered by her.

  2. A boomerang for me after last week because my order from my favorite indie bookstore came in. 5 came from there and one from a used bookseller. Keeping the book industry alive as best I can.
    Ficciones by Borges
    Labyrinths by Borges
Son of the Morning by Joyce Carol Oates
Bloodsmoor Romance by Joyce Carol Oates
    Solaris by Stanislaw Lem
Diana by Sarah Bradford (because we are watching The Crown and I got curious about the Princess.

    1. I have Bradford's book on Diana too. Some days I think I will read it and sometimes I think I can't bear to.

  3. Just one for me - the expected late arrival from Amazon:

The Great Crash 1929 by John Kenneth Galbraith

Nothing more expected now until New Year.

    1. Hope you enjoy it! As much as one can enjoy the Great Depression, of course.

    1. You must read it! And follow Altahawy on Twitter. I am obsessed with her, in the very best possible way. Not the creepy stalker way.

    1. It was fantastic. I think you would also find a lot of value in it, you understand how I feel about smashing the patriarchy!
