Tackling the TBR Week 18: May 8 - May 14, 2020

My TBR has been out of control for YEARS. Then in January of 2019 I started tracking weekly my true reading/acquiring habits, and voila! I have been able to keep on top of things a little bit better. I may never get below 1,000 books, but at least I won't be topping out over 5,000! When a book cover is linked, it goes to the review here on my blog.

I will be posting on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and the last day of the month. Feel free to join in if you'd like!

  1. I am just amazed by how many books you can read at one time. Your tbr totals went down so that is progress!

    1. Thank you! I definitely could not read this much fiction all at the same time, it is only a skill I possess with my non-fiction treasures.

  2. There's a number of books you have that have caught my eye, however, (sniff) I have used up my book allowance this month and have to wait a couple of more weeks. I would especially like to read conspiracy in the gilded age since I am reading of hotels that were built during that time.

    1. Oh no! If it makes you feel any better I have no book allowance at all and right now it is library ebooks, Kindle Unlimited, or nothing! ...except not nothing because I have tons of ARCs, books on my Kindle, and books on my actual shelves. But you understand what I mean.

I love Gilded Age New York, it is one of my favorite periods. That's why I gave this one a try. It has to do with gold mining in Alaska, and is really interesting so far. It might still be available on NetGalley.
