I first learned about it when visiting Scotland 15 years ago and have been in love with the whole country ever since.
DeleteI don't know too much about Scotland's history or Flodden, but from the book's synopsis when I looked it up, it sounds interesting. Such a tragedy, all those lives lost in battle. I hope you enjoy this one when you read it!
ReplyDeleteAgreed, especially when you consider populations at the time. I fell in love with Scotland 15 years ago when my mom and I visited, and ever since then I have read everything I can get my hands on about this beautiful place - even the not so beautiful things, like war.
