Tackling the TBR | Week 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 | Apr 22 - May 31, 2025

Here we go!

This is year SIX of Tackling the TBR. When I started this mess  I was well over 5,000 books on the TBR, so to be where I am now is pretty incredible.

I will post on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and last day of the month.

Previous Week's TBR Total: 1,938

On My 'Currently Reading' Shelf
(This does not mean I am reading all of these at once. As soon as I get a book from the library, NetGalley, a publisher/author/marketer, or - for not much longer - Prime, I put in on my 'Currently Reading' shelf. Yes, I know I have a problem. No, I don't want to do anything about it.)

Books Read

Books DNFed:

Books Added to TBR: 0

Books Removed from TBR: 5

Duplicates Removed: 0

New TBR Total: 1,922

Happy Reading!

  1. How was the 'History of Gaza'? It's a bit too chunky for me to read right now as my review stack is only 3 'deep'. Plus, how was 'Wolf Age'? I have a few Viking books, so I'm not rushing to read that one just yet.

    1. It was fantastic, well worth fitting it in ASAP. I have a few more about Gaza and Palestine in my library stack, so will be getting to them in the next couple weeks.

I really liked Wolf Age. It was lovely to revisit people I know so well, and learn a bit more about the Vikings I didn't know as well as I know those Anglo-Saxons.

    2. Cool... I'll 'fast' track them - so maybe by 2030.... [lol] Presently reading about '1066' & stuff.

    3. YAAAAAAAAY for 1066. I mean, I hate William the Bastard, but without him we might not know who Eleanor of Aquitaine was.
