Oh these are fun. To be honest A looks cozier, more comfortable maybe, but I have to go with B because it's more open and airy, and I could stare out the window with a hot mug for hours on end ha ha!
I'm glad someone enjoys them besides me! I have found some really cool images and I find more every day. I think when my daughter and I are ready for a house, we will have to have one built from scratch and it was simply be a collection of cozy reading nooks scattered throughout the structure, with a small kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, and bookshelves built in to every wall.
Also, I too would probably choose B. I love reading in natural light but if I was in the right type of mood, the coziness of A would definitely beckon.
I would definitely need a little bit more cushion or mattress in B, because hardwood is, well, hard and uncomfortable to lay on for extended periods of time. But in all other respects I think it is perfect.
I'm sure I could find an architect who would love to draw it up to my exact specifications and only charge me a couple million, haha
Yeah good point about the hardwood- I had not considered that. Would definitely need something there. I love all those windows. Although I bet it gets warm in that spot too, at times...
the lights in A ARE nice, for sure- it just has that cozy attic feel.
And I had not considered the point about how warm it would be - glad we can sort these issues out together! Might need a little fan to keep things cool, but yes, I would go with B for sure.
I can't sit and read at a desk...I spend too much time sitting in front of a computer as it is! A looks a bit too dark for proper reading though so I wouldn't pick either of them!
I don't see a desk? I think B is a hardwood floor, or at least some kind of ledge by the window, with all the pillows scattered at the head of the sill? I would need some extra padding for that one, because the mat they have looks pretty thin. I wish the window was just a bit bigger on A, but I love the huuuuuge windows of B.
You should go back and look at post #1 and #2, there are some great ones there also you might also like. I love the coziness of A, but ultimately would probably choose B also because I would much rather read in natural light. I "charge" that way too :)

DeleteYes! I mean you couldn't go wrong with either, right? But B... I just love that one. And a house of reading nooks... nice!

I do like the funky lights in A though.

DeleteWow... I don't even know if I can choose! Both are so amazing. Maybe I'd choose the bright one... I tend to "charge" in the sun :D
