Stacking the Shelves #251

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature hosted by Reading Reality. It is a chance to showcase all the goodies you've collected throughout the week, whether they're bought on-line or in-store, an ARC or a final copy, borrowed from a friend or the library, physical or digital, etc.

Library Treasures

Happy Reading!

    1. It's one of the earliest major events I remember from childhood. I specifically remember coming home after school every single day to see what was going on. Unfortunately I was disappointed in this one, despite normally liking Guinn's work. I feel like the real crime - Koresh raping young girls - entirely glossed-over. It seriously got maybe five pages, one short chapter. That was the real crime, not the b.s. weapons and drugs bullshit.

    2. I'm still pretty furious about it. He was marrying teen girls and having babies with them. And younger girls were identified as basically being groomed to eventually becoming his wives. The fact that this is all but ignored is so disgusting. THAT's why he should have been arrested.
