Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature co-hosted by Tynga's Reviews and Reading Reality. It is a chance to showcase all the goodies you've collected throughout the week, whether they're bought on-line or in-store, an ARC or a final copy, borrowed from a friend or the library, physical or digital, etc.

Happy Reading!
Sarah
A respectable four for me this week.
ReplyDeleteNon-Fiction:
Chastise - The Dambusters by Max Hastings
Fiction:
The Last English King by Julian Rathbone
Cold Storage by David Koepp
The End is Nigh (The Apocalypse Triptych Volume 1) edited by John Joseph Adams and Hugh Howey
Very respectable indeed, and not at all dangerous to my own TBR!
DeleteI broke down and ordered 3 books from my local indie:
ReplyDeleteRodham by Curtis Sittenfeld
Flights by Olga Tokarczuk
Night. Sleep. Death. The Stars by Joyce Carol Oates
I went on a spree at the library to get books for an upcoming series of my podcast dedicated to BLM and books on different perspectives, from child to adult. Otherwise, no buying for me. I have at least managed to stick to that goal!
DeleteHappy Saturday!!!
ReplyDeleteYou as well, Greg! No fiction this week ;)
Deletei picked up Pater's Marius the Epicurean but put it down after a couple of pages: just don't believe in that stuff any more...
ReplyDeleteI looked this book up and it is all a bit over my head.
