Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature hosted by Reading Reality. It is a chance to showcase all the goodies you've collected throughout the week, whether they're bought on-line or in-store, an ARC or a final copy, borrowed from a friend or the library, physical or digital, etc.

Happy Reading!

Two! Good for you... [grin] Tidepool looks like FUN. I do like a bit of Lovecraftian dark fantasy these days.
ReplyDeleteA MUCH more reasonable 4 for me this week. Mostly fiction but the non-fiction might just interest you.
Fiction:
Murder by the Book - Mysteries for Bibliophiles edited by Martin Edwards
Coming Up for Air by George Orwell
A Clergyman's Daughter by George Orwell
Non-Fiction:
1916 - The Mornings After: From the Courts Martial to the Tribunals by Tim Pat Coogan
I think you would like Tidepool, it was creepy and perfect and I loved it.
DeleteOF COURSE a book on 1916 would interest me, you know me well! When we were there in 2011 we did the 1916 walking tour with Lorcan Collins - it was FANTASTIC and he is a wonderful guide. Seeing the bullet holes still in the main post office was really sobering. I am always grateful when those pieces of history are never patched, so people can always be reminded of these important events.
Oooh! Tidepool looks like an interesting read! Great haul!
