Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature hosted by Reading Reality. It is a chance to showcase all the goodies you've collected throughout the week, whether they're bought on-line or in-store, an ARC or a final copy, borrowed from a friend or the library, physical or digital, etc.

Ooh love some Kate Alice Marshall!
ReplyDeleteSame!! I am starting it today after I finish making my rounds. I wasn't sure I would like What Lies in the Woods because it wasn't YA and sometimes that genre shift from YA to adult is hard, but I LOVE IT.
DeleteShe's got another coming out in January that I'm eager to dive into!
DeleteI requested it on NetGalley and am still waiting. I hope I get approved!!
DeleteThe Narrow! Is that a sweet cover? I guess I'll skip the Stoffle sbooks based on your comment on the other post...
ReplyDeleteRIGHT?! I am reading it now and into bigtime. The Stoffle books read more like middle grade even though they are listed as YA. And I think the books are translated to English, so it makes some weird grammar things pop up, or some weird phrasing that isn't common in English. They're not great, so stick to Teen Killers Club ;)
DeleteLooks like some good reading. Have a terrific week.

Thank you for coming by!
Delete3 non-fiction again for me, but I think you're safe again - at least from 2 of them!
ReplyDeleteThe Goeben & the Breslau - The Imperial German Navy in the Mediterranean, 1914 by Various
The Royal Navy in Battle - An Analysis of Sea-Power & Actions During the First World War, 1914-18 by Arthur H Pollen
Conan Doyle's Wide World - Sherlock Holmes and Beyond by Andrew Lycett
Interested in the Conan Doyle one, OF COURSE! My library doesn't have it, but I will request they purchase it.
DeleteI hope you enjoy all of these! Have a great week!
