You might notice a little change here, Eleanor has decided to go by Nora now. One of the things I loved about the name from the start - besides the fact that Eleanor of Aquitaine was a badass queen - is that it is versatile; my girl could choose what she wanted to be called, whether it was Eleanor, Elle, Ellie, Nor, or Nora.
Each month Nora and I share the chapter books we read either together or that she's read on her own. I love that she is exploring new genres and finding new authors to love.

Nora had a great month! My daughter has enjoyed the Best Friends graphic novels. They are re-reads for her too.
ReplyDeleteGood! It's a fun series and I feel like she is always carrying one with her. She rereads them so often she forgets to tell me she reread it, because she just said the same thing a few weeks earlier, lol.
DeleteMy son has started reading more lately! I love that you share her books as well as your own. I might start doing that as well on my The Sunday Post or something. He's been reading a few that I sort of want to read myself. 😅
ReplyDeleteI figured sharing her books was a good way to get some middle grade titles showcased. She's toyed with the idea of doing her own reviews again. She was using Lemon8 and had tons of follows for her book account, but with the whole TikTok mess, it's gone now. She was devastated.
