State of the ARC is a monthly feature hosted by Avalinah's Books. I am so glad I stumbled upon it, because it is really helping me with my 2018 Reading Goals (also find a related Top Ten Tuesday HERE). Links go to Goodreads, unless I have finished the review, in which case it goes to that. All ARCs are from NetGalley or Edelweiss, unless otherwise noted.

I am pleasantly surprised by the progress I have made. Now if I can just get those reviews done and sent off, this will look even better next month!
It is tough-going sometimes, because I am constantly wanting to push the ARCs aside and grab something off my shelf. But I remind myself that once these are done, I can have a break from the ARCs and read what I want, when I want, again!
Happy Reading!
Sarah
Hi! So sorry it took me so long to visit you :) really behind on comment replies at this moment.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you're doing great! No ARCs that need starting :) I hope you get through those current reads in no time.
No worries - vacations always trump blog comments! I am moving so quickly on some of these now, it is a huge relief - but now comes the reviewing part and that itself is a pretty full list. Thanks for stopping by :)
Deletegood luck with typing all your reviews! :D
ReplyDeleteThank you - I'm definitely going to need it!
DeleteHere's hoping you're getting through those reviews ok? I'm impressed by your ability to be reading so many books together and not jumble them up! Not sure my brain will ever be so flexible :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you Stephanie! The reading part was easy, now the tough part is forcing myself to put reading on hold to get them written! I don't think I could read the way I do if I read fiction, I would definitely be mixing up plots and characters. I think the non-fiction makes it easier because I am either reading books on the same topic (like Eleanor of Aquitaine), or the topics are so different, there is simply no way to mix them up. I would definitely not be like this with fiction!
