Stacking the Shelves #333

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature hosted by Reading Reality. It is a chance to showcase all the goodies you've collected throughout the week, whether they're bought on-line or in-store, an ARC or a final copy, borrowed from a friend or the library, physical or digital, etc.

I've added a section to indicate if a book is from my TBR. Maybe that will shame me into focusing on the TBR because so far nothing else has worked 🤣

Library Treasures

(From the TBR)

Happy Reading!

    1. I've put the Budapest one on hold at the library. Also found one called The Last Days of Budapest which looks fantastic.

    2. I *thought* you might like that one. I'll be 'coupling' it with a book on Istanbul when I get around to reading it. Should be a nice contrast.....

    3. Absolutely. This is an area of Europe I know very little about outside of the Holocaust and whatever the Vikings and select Anglo-Saxon princes in exile got up to in the early Middle Ages.

    1. Yes!! I ended up not reading it because I couldn't get into it, and honestly we know her trial was a sham anyway. But it was a book I got to remove from the TBR at least!!

  3. Totally identify with your TBR comment, lol....I just can't seem to tackle my pile either and just keep adding books and samples. Our reader's nightmare I think we all share, good luck!
