Eleanor Reads! March Edition

Each month Eleanor and I share the chapter books we read. We've been reading chapter books since before Kindergarten and her attention span as a four year old was definitely something to brag about. Eleanor was born a reader and that makes my heart so, so happy.

*Eleanor has begun reading more than one book at a time. I can't imagine where she got that idea from.

Do the kiddos in your life have an interest in any of these?

Happy Reading,

  1. With THAT stack of books, it's clear that your little apple didn't fall *too* far from the tree - indeed she fell straight down! [lol]

    1. Lol, pretty much! I love how into graphic novels she is. Most of these are, hence the massive volume consumed this month. I honestly did not see Walking Dead coming though. It's in the Teen/YA section of our library and she is obsessed. But she's not allowed to read the kissy parts, lol.

    2. Definitely some "Tween" reading going on there! Doesn't the 'Walking Dead' give her nightmares? Or is she too sensible for that sort of thing?

    3. Surprisingly, no! I thought they might because they are graphic novels and those pictures will be in her mind. But the spooky ghost stories are the ones that scare her more, and maybe it's because there's no picture so what she imagines in her head is scary? She's plowing through the Walking Dead series so fast though, she will be done in no time.
