Happy Wednesday!
This is becoming one of my fave things. I love debating the pros and cons of a comfy and not-so-comfy reading nooks.
A
B
...Have Option A or Option B?
Why?
(Remember, you are choosing ONLY based on how comfy/cozy it would be for reading - and ease of access to books while reading!)
Right? These are fun. I'll go with B here as I love the cozy little nook. the only issue is if I can stretch out, I don;t want to get cramped, as it looks a little tight. But with that recessed lighting and that little shelf... yes pls.
ReplyDeleteHowever (ha ha)- I like the AREA of A, with the shelving and the airiness of it? Although that reading area- might be kinda weird, like you're almost floating on air? Would take some getting used to. And it might be distracting, honestly. What I need is for B to be just down the hall from A lol, and I'm all set!
I really like A, actually, but I can not read the way he is sitting. It always ends up hurting my shoulder and elbow when I lean like that for too long. BUT, if I was laying on my back reading, and the lamp was below me on a table shining light up, that would be pretty cool. On the other hand, no room for snacks and drinks.
DeleteIn the end I would choose B. I love the coziness of it.
Fortunately B appeals to me a loy because I couldn't cope with A - very bad head for heights here. In fact it took me a few seconds to spot the guy. I was thinking that the blue bench didn't look comfortable and then, oh, No!
ReplyDeleteAh, yes!! I don't mind heights at that height, but I could not lay and lean the way he is in order to read. I can't even do that on a regular couch or bed, it hurts my arm to lean that way. I'd also go with B.
DeleteNo way am I climbing a ladder before I sit down to read. What about going to the toilet-it'd take me forever to get down-or eating a snack up there!
ReplyDeleteI already knew you would choose B! I would too - but because I can't lay and read the way he is, it hurts my shoulder and elbow after a while.
DeleteB- I don't do heights!!
ReplyDeleteA very good reason - especially since it is not even a solid hammock-type thing to lay on and you can see through it.
