#BookdragonProblems | My To-Review List OUT OF CONTROL!

AAAAAUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHH!

So here's the deal:

I am super far behind in reviews. Like, suuuuuuper. We are talking books I read a year ago, still on the review page.

See for yourself HERE.

I sat down to try to write a couple reviews today and I am just not even sure where to start. Yes, there are SO MANY, I do not know where to start.

Then I got to thinking, why not ask people what books they are interested in hearing about first? So, that is what I am doing.

If you feel so inclined, take a look at the Upcoming Reviews page (also linked up there ^) and see if there is a book you are interested in hearing about. See if there are five, even! Or ten! I don't care, just SOMETHING. Then maybe once I start writing them again, I can get my mojo back.

  1. Do the one's you feel the need to tell other people about - LOVE or AVOID. Chanel the passion! [lol]

  2. I am suffering from the same malady. I am meeting my reading goals this year but writing about them feels like a chore when I am so far behind. I like CyberKitten's advice.

    1. Same, same, same. a CHORE. But I have so much I want to say about the books, at the same time. It is weird. And I have already deleted ones I no longer want to review, so I NEED TITLES!!

  3. killer of the flower moon. i am current on reviews due for the past few years. i push myself to write the reviews. i am going through some old emails to find the stragglers, but this is a great idea for my physical books. i am stacking and taking pics of them and this would be a great way to work my way through them

    1. Killer of the Flower Moon is #1 now and I will be working on it this week! MudPuddle suggested Becoming, so don't read the review until you've read the book!

  4. Okay here are my picks! Although yeah do the ones YOU want lol. But I'd vote for Crusaders or one of the Viking ones, because... Vikings. Also maybe Earthquake Storms because those faults out there are fascinating. Um, the monster hunter one? I wanted to be a monster hunter.

I like how you differentiated "actual presidents" on your list. :):)

    1. You've got it! I will move those to the top. Vote for as many as you want, it gives me a running start! I will probably do both Viking books together, kind of to compare and contrast. And you KNOW Dan Jones will always get a review ASAP - that's really the best judge of how lagging behind I am, I finished his book in a day and STILL have not reviewed it!

And truly, was there any other way to list the presidents? ;)

  5. Oh my goodness! That is quite the scary list, especially as most look like thoughtful and interesting books.
I'm on a women's history kick at the moment and have enjoyed discovering the lives of relatively unknown women of the past. I'd like if you could bump the Six Quuens of Egypt review :-)

    1. Consider it done! I will be working on the reviews this weekend and hopefully get all of those up that have been suggested. Thanks for chiming in!

  6. Goodness me Sarah! That list is HUGE! I'd love to hear what you thought of Becoming by Michelle Obama. I've got an audible credit in a couple of weeks and was thinking of getting it. ;-)

    1. I will definitely get a review up of that for you - someone else asked about it too. But, even before my review I absolutely 100% will say YES, GET IT! Michelle Obama is amazing and her story is too. So worth the $$.
